 Post subject: iPad -- Flight Planning Error

I have been trying to try out the Flight Planning feature on an iPad the last couple of days. I don't know how well iPad is supported, but some of the other posts seem to indicate it will work. I keep getting the following error:

Solution preparation failed, an error has been logged for FlightAware to review.

Is this a bug? Can anyone who has gotten this feature to work on an iPad give me any pointers?

I was getting that error message from Sunday morning thru last night on any computer. Started working again today. Don't think it had anything to do with your iPad.

I still can't get the iPad to accept pressing the File button, no answer for the question I asked a while ago in another post.

We fixed an intermittent error with planning flights yesterday.

We're looking into a resolution for the issue on iPads.
