Same problem here skinny2. My map is currently showing, but every now and then it just turns into a question mark. It doesn't matter how many times I refresh, I still see the question mark. Usually, I'll do a refresh thirty minutes later and the question mark is gone and the map reappears. I love my Samsung Galaxy and am looking forward to a flightaware android app!

FlightAware is just about the only site/program/tool that I use on a regular basis that DOES NOT have an Android App! It is so frustrating that the iPhone App has been around as long as it has and still no attention being paid to the Android Marketplace. :x

An app where you can set a location and everytime you are at that location your phone automatically changes ring volume (ex. in a movie theatre phone turns to silent).

No ETA.

A lot of mobile website improvements this week: flight finder (type something somewhat resembling the airports you want and we'll figure it out), interface internationalization, etc.

Like many spotters, I could probably give tap out ICAO codes for a hundred airports, so that's not useful.

Are you even working on an Andoid app?

I know of no "real" phone users who use the iPhone. My Evo 4G crushes them. It's time for real phone users to get an app. FlightAware needs to bring its great flexibility and power to the Android Market.

Yesterday would be fine...

The Android market is growing all the time. It's time to shake the dust off and develop the app!

A good question to be asked but only answered as...

Android has been out for over 2 years now and it is growing by leaps and bounds. I'm not trying to be obnoxious or rude, but why are we still waiting for an app that is continuously getting asked for?

Sure website updates are needed and good, but there are lots of users out there that would like to have an Android App for this site. Look at the poll on this thread.

In fact, a recent survey ( http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-19736_7-20040598-251.html ) indicates that the Android market is almost 1/3 of the total smartphone market. Apple has fallen to approximately 1/4 of the market.

The iPhone WAS hot, but it's been superseded. Time to get with the times.

The iPhone app is not as fancy as you think, so it's not worth getting all spun up about the lack of an Android app. IMHO the mobile website is much more feature-rich than the app. Y'all should try it. In fact, tell 'em what you think is missing from the mobile website, rather than posting yet another plea for attention.

I would also like to see an Android app. I am on flight aware all the time when I'm out flying a trip and would like to have a FA app on my phone.
