I wonder why the route analysis is limited to flights within the past 48 hours. If you were to make the route analysis limited by number of flights, say the past dozen flights on a given route, that would allow a lot fewer negative hits for less commonly flown routes.

I think the issue was that lots of the testing was done to/from major terminal areas where there are substantial amounts of flights. However, pulling the route between smaller airports results in insufficient information if any at all. I've created & accepted a ticket (#69) for your issue so that it will get taken care of.
