 Post subject: Correct Flight Information

On July 20th I was on Commutair 773 from Cleveland to Erie. We were not able to land in Erie because of weather and circled for approximatley 45 minutes.
The flight aware tracking says the flight was complete in 23 minutes. Why is the information not correct? Is this a common occurence with the flight tracking info?
