SearchBirdseyeInFlight Intermittent "Operation Failed"

Folks,

I’m getting the following error intermittently while calling the SearchBirdsEye* APIs (SearchBirdseyeInFlight and SearchBirdseyePositions) …

Operation failed: list element in braces followed by “}” instead of space

The URL I’m using:

flightxml.flightaware.com/json/F … ght?query={%3C%20alt%20100}%20{%3E%20gs%20200}&howMany=1&offset=0

Note, this happens maybe 25% of the time. Seems like one or more servers are running a different software load than the others behind the load balancers. Otherwise, the APIs seem to be working properly.

Is there a bug tracking system where this should go instead?

This forum is generally the best place to report problems or questions. However, this particular issue is puzzling and it’s difficult to imagine that there wouldn’t be more widespread problems if it were just an issue with one of our load-balanced servers as you are speculating. Are you still seeing these problems more recently?
