Push alert error 500

Hello,

We have been using your system to track some of our customers flight. However lately we stopped getting alert notification from your site.

I was checked the Recently Delivered Alerts in the Notification section of My Alerts. I saw that all the last alert posts are failed. According to information it only says -

Failed during Post with status=ok ncode=500 …

Could you please give us a bit more information? We have no clue why all of a sudden it stop receiving alerts.

That probably means that your endpoint is returning a server error (HTTP 500 Internal server error) when we are attempting to post to it. The problem is likely on your server, and your web server’s error logs may be able to confirm this.
