I’m trying to call AirlineInfo via SAP PI but I couldn’t get any response from your service. I opened 80 port on our firewall. Shall I need to open another ports?

FlightXML methods are accessed using 80 or 443, depending on whether you desire encryption of your connections. The default used by all of our examples is unencrypted.
I recommend you start initial development with one of the examples on our documentation page so that you can first be assured that your development environment is properly working and there are no other networking issues occurring. Once you have verified that works, you can try the more advanced functions.
