I am new in the FlightXML…I want to know if it is possible to search for a flight (also in Europe, not only US Airspace) and get a map with the flightroute and also a table with the lat/lon coordinates and timestamps?

Once you find the flight you are interested in (using FlightInfoEx or another function), you should use the faFlightID to generate a map using MapFlightEx, or get its lat/lon positions with GetHistoricalTrack.
