Please explain what type of info is returned in fields seats_cabin_business/seats_cabin_first/seats_cabin_coach under AirlineFlightInfo function?

They are just the published seating capacity in each of those respective cabin classes. No relation to actual tickets sold.
Ok but how do you know and how accurate the seat configuration you get, knowing that it differs from airline to airline for the same aircraft type and in many cases there in more than one seat config for the same airline/aircraft type?
Because those numbers are communicated to us directly by the individual airlines. They are not just blindly based on the aircraft type.
