We’re having problems with Aeroporto Afonso Pena (IATA: CWB, ICAO: SBCT) the airport is in FlightAware’s secondary service area.

Go to your account profile and try enabling “position-only flights” so that you will be able to see flights that do not have flightplans. flightaware.com/account/manage/
However, be advised that the data quality will be significantly diminished since most of the new flights will probably be lacking origin, destination, eta, aircrafttype, and many other fields. If that doesn’t show as many of the flights that you are expecting, then it’s possible that not all aircraft in your area are ADS-B Out equipped yet.
