I’ve been a happy FlightAware user for many years. Keep up the good work! Tracking private flights, I’ve noticed a gradual loss in the number of postition reports for flights, i.e., a lot of ‘FlightAware Approximate’ messages. What’s causing that? Missing FAA feeds? It seems like they were more reliable in the past.

Are you sure it’s missing data as opposed to the FlightAware Approximate positions becoming more prevalent? The system has become more aggressive in trying to keep frequent estimates coming.
