 Post subject: Easier time zone switching

It would be an improvement if we could switch our time zone selection on the flight tracker screen instead of having to go into our profile, so we don't have to leave and come back to the screen we're tracking from.

There's also an option to have FA automatically use the local time zone where appropriate.
