FlightAware Flight Tracker N850MT TBM-850 forced landing half mile from Truckee Tahoe Airport.
Reports are, on second attempt at landing, the pilot clipped trees and put it down in a field around 17:30 on Dec 13/09. Both occupants of the aircraft were uninjured (except for pride!!).
Fortunate outcome from a very high performance aircraft, and a Christmas to be thankful for, for the crew and their families!!
