CHH7962 (Hainan Airlines) July 14 path shows that from near Jilin it heads toward Nagoya, Japan, then back west over S Korea to a point somewhere SE of Dalian. Just curious why. Appreciate any answers.
A low fidelity model of avoiding the North Korean airspace. More likely it will come in over Japan and turn west when south of North Korea.
