 Post subject: Formal announcement of CommutAir IAD hub?

Has anyone seen a formal press release or announcement regarding the new IAD hub starting up next month? Just saw the changes on United's timetables with CommutAir Q200's replacing the Colgan SAABs on the ABE, BGM, SCE, CRW, and CHO routes. Appears that they will be opening a crew base in SYR as well. Any insight?

I was wondering who would replace Colgan on the non-EAS routes (where they are being replaced by Silver Airways).
