Chinese New Year was Feb 8 this year.
Point is, it’s very hard to get anything done in China during that time… (hint: must involve hardware!)
Chinese New Year generally delays the manufacturing/shipping of product for a couple weeks over there.
If it’s hardware, maybe some kind of improved dongle - less costly than something like a radarcape but a bit more than an RTLSDR. Would fit with producing antennas and the filter, and I think there is a gap in the market there. The dedicated receivers are all quite a lot more pricey - even planefinder’s new one is £300.
