UK - Openlayers Layers

Hi and a Happy New Year to you all,

I’ve been trying out QGIS to produce some layers for my OSM dump1090 installation. I’ve got on quite well, and although I need to improve the accuracy of the layers (GeoJSON), I am happy to offer them to anyone who might be interested (drop me a PM with your email address, if so)

I have split them into Civilian and Military, thus:

as you can see, the layers can be turned off and on, otherwise the map is very busy:

It did! and will continue to do so :slight_smile: but it’s the sort of thing I like to learn/explore

This look brilliant - I was looking for something just like this for UK airspace a few weeks ago. I would love a copy of the layers as they currently are.

I might be able to help further them if that would help any. I used to do a lot of IFR flight and I know a few free online resources where navaids, waypoints and airways can be found. Let me know if that would be of any use :slight_smile: Although to be fair, it looks like you’re most of the way there already!

It works with the current version of dump1090-fa
