Pro Stick arrived, some questions

Hi all,
today i received my pro stick and now i need an antenna. My plan is to build some of my own. I guess an Cantenna for the begining.
But i am somewhat confused regarding the plugs that i need. As I understand the stick has an SMA Female end. Are there different diameters of that plugs? I guess the one on the stick has 6mm?
Also there are SMA-RP and normal ones. As i have read here, “RP” is the wrong choice?
And there seem to be differences in the Ω (50/75)

Some tips would be really great

Regards

There is only one size of SMA.
You want regular SMA, not RP-SMA.
A 50/75 impedance mismatch isn’t a big deal.

To echo obj, I just bought an SMA to MCX converter for my Pro Stick (until I buy a proper SMA antenna or coax run, I’m using it with some cheap MCX antennas from Amazon). This is my adapter - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0118KGP2M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it fits my Flight Stick perfectly. Hopefully you can use that as a guide or a reference - as far as I can tell (and like obj says) all SMA look to have the same measurements.
