No map appears on "configure location" on control panel

I could swear when I first set up my PiAware quite a while ago, the “configure location” button on the FA control panel opened a window with a map. You could zoom right down to house level and drop a pin. From that it would populate your lat/long. Now when I click on that button the window opens but no map appears. I tried Firefox, IE and Edge, all on Win10.

Is manually setting lat/long the only option now?
