"No Active FlightAware ADS-B Sites For This User"

Hi - just got my Raspberry Pi and set things up according to the build page (flightaware.com/adsb/stats/user/jcav) says “No Active FlightAware ADS-B Sites For This User”.

Connected to the box and ran piaware-status:

pi@piaware:~$ sudo piaware-status
PiAware master process (piaware) is running with pid 464.
PiAware ADS-B client (faup1090) is running with pid 693.
PiAware mlat client (fa-mlat-client) is not running.
Local ADS-B receiver (dump1090-fa) is running with pid 677.

dump1090-fa (pid 677) is listening for connections on port 30005.
faup1090 is connected to the ADS-B receiver.
piaware is connected to FlightAware.

dump1090 is producing data on localhost:30005.
pi@piaware:~$

What am I missing?

Thanks.

Have you claimed your site?
http://flightaware.com/adsb/piaware/claim

Does it appear in the list of newest sites?

Looks like I have claimed it:

Linked PiAware Receivers (jcav)

Great news! Your account is associated with the following PiAware receivers and you can view your statistics here: flightaware.com/adsb/stats/user/jcav

xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx: PiAware (SD Card) 3.1 added Monday, December 26, 2016 (67.189.17.81 / 192.168.0.100)

But I don’t see it in the list of newest sites…

Anything else I can check?

Try restarting piaware (“sudo systemctl restart piaware”), the user assignment only kicks in the next time that piaware reconnects after claiming.

The site is here (but not yet linked to your user): flightaware.com/adsb/stats/site/35609

Ah hah, I should have known.

“IT, have you tried turning it off and back on again?”

Thanks for your help obj, that looks like it did it.
