Help running dump1090

I’m trying to run dump1090 to see if a prostick can improve the performance I get. The following message is what I see in the command window.

(currently selected)
usb_open error -12
Error opening the RTLSDR device: No error

Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated!

this is on a windows 10 pc

You need to replace the drivers Windows 10 has installed with the Zadig ones.
