ADSB messages used

Replaced my RPI 1 with a Orange Pi one board, trying to figure out if this is normal behavior or if I need to adjust gain etc.

Home made spider ant on roof, Pro stick, Flight aware filter, 25 feet of RG6, AGC on.

Extremely consistently the ADSB messages used is <25% like the above. Is that normal behavior?

Yes, that’s normal. The mlat servers use messages from ADS-B aircraft for synchronization; but they just need messages from enough aircraft to do the synchronization, not from all aircraft.
